1st Choice Energy is proud to be a certified Home Performance with Energy Star Service Provider for the Oncor service area. If your electrical service is provided by Oncor, then 1st Choice Energy is pleased to provide a no charge, visual audit of your home to determine areas of needed energy efficiency improvement. Rebates are available for the following measures:

• High Efficiency Air Conditioning Systems
  
• Air Infiltration/Thermal Envelope Sealing
  
• Duct Sealing and Duct Replacement
• Attic Insulation
• Knee wall or attic wall insulation
• Wall insulation
• Floor insulation in crawlspaces
• Solar Screens
• System Performance

As a special offer for Oncor customers, 1st Choice Energy is pleased to offer the following energy efficiency upgrades at NO CHARGE. We will come to your home and:

• Install six (6) Energy Star Compact Flourescent bulbs (CFLs) at NO CHARGE,
  

and if you have an electric hot water heater:

• Install R6.7 insulation wrap on Domestic Water Heater pipe at NO CHARGE
• Install R6.7 insulation wrap on Domestic Water Heater Tank at NO CHARGE
• Install one (1) Low-Flow Showerhead, 2.0 gpm at NO CHARGE
